I am a photojournalist and I tell stories with my camera.  I am so lucky to be a part of the moments that make a life, a wedding day, time with the family or children playing.  There is a magic to photography that I fell in love with the first time I made a photograph.  I will never forget seeing the black and white image appear on the paper under the developing bath.   That print, my peaceful place a bridge by my childhood home, still hangs on my office wall.  It reminds me where I came from, reminds me of a moment in time.  That was 12 years ago, but I will never forget the moment I took the image, the magical feeling that moment I saw the finished product and fell in love with photography.  Photography has that strange power to bring you back to a time, place and feeling.  It tells a story.  Life is fleeting and moves fast.  With the camera I am able to slow life down just a little and hold on to a few rectangles of time.
